Summary: This paper proposes topology-aware routing refinements for SpiNNaker that improve packet forwarding efficiency through adaptive dispatch classes and local-core selection. In simulation, the combined approach reduced a synthetic energy proxy by 18.28% compared with the static-routing baseline.
